Create a Quotation
1. Open the Create Form
Section titled “1. Open the Create Form”On the Quotations page, click + New Quotation.
2. Select a Customer
Section titled “2. Select a Customer”Use the searchable dropdown to select the customer. You can type the customer name to search.
3. Set Validity Date
Section titled “3. Set Validity Date”Enter the Valid Until date — the deadline by which the customer must accept the offer.
4. Add Line Items
Section titled “4. Add Line Items”Each line item represents a product or service being quoted:

Click + Add Item to add more line items. Remove an item with the × button.
5. Add Notes and Terms
Section titled “5. Add Notes and Terms”- Notes — General remarks visible to the customer.
- Terms — Terms and conditions for this quotation.
6. Save
Section titled “6. Save”Click Save Quotation. The quotation will be created with Draft status.
After Creating
Section titled “After Creating”From the quotation detail page you can perform the following actions:

| Delete | Always | Permanently remove the quotation |
Status flow is one-way: Draft → Approved → Sent. You cannot revert to a previous status.
