Logging In
Accessing the Dashboard
Section titled “Accessing the Dashboard”Open your web browser and go to https://dash.logisticpro.id.
Login Page
Section titled “Login Page”On the login page, enter your credentials:

Click Sign In to proceed.
First-Time Login
Section titled “First-Time Login”If this is your first time logging in, your administrator will have sent you a welcome email containing:
- Your login email
- A temporary password or an activation link
Click the activation link in the email to set your password before logging in.
Forgot Password
Section titled “Forgot Password”If you forget your password:
- Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
- Enter your registered email address and click Send Reset Link.
- Check your email inbox for a password reset link.
- Click the link and enter your new password.
- Return to the login page and sign in with your new password.
Two-Factor Authentication Reminder
Section titled “Two-Factor Authentication Reminder”After logging in, if two-factor authentication (2FA) is not yet enabled on your account, a red banner will appear at the top of the dashboard with the message:
Two-factor authentication is not enabled. Enable 2FA to protect your account from unauthorized access.
This banner has two options:

| Enable 2FA | Takes you directly to the My Profile page to set up 2FA |
| Later | Dismisses the banner for the current session |
The banner will reappear the next time you log in if 2FA is still not enabled. It does not appear on the Profile page itself.
Security Tips
Section titled “Security Tips”- Never share your password with anyone.
- Log out when using a shared or public computer.
- Use a strong password with at least 8 characters, including numbers and symbols.
