Customers Overview
The Customers module stores all customer information. Every work order, quotation, and invoice must be linked to a customer.
Accessing Customers
Section titled “Accessing Customers”In the left sidebar, go to Customers → Customers.
Customer List
Section titled “Customer List”| Column | Description |

| Code | Customer code (monospace) |
| Name | Customer name, with email shown below if available |
| Phone | Primary phone number (or first contact person name if no direct phone) |
| Address | Full address (street, city, province, postal code, country) |
| Balance | Outstanding unpaid amount (shown in orange if > 0) |
Use the search bar to find customers by name, code, or email. Use the status buttons (All / Active / Inactive) to filter by active status.
Customer Detail Page
Section titled “Customer Detail Page”Click any customer row to open their detail page.
Stats bar
Section titled “Stats bar”Three summary cards are shown at the top of every customer detail page:

| Overdue | Total overdue invoice amount and count of overdue invoices |
| Total Payments | Total payments received and count of payments |
The detail page has four tabs:

Overview tab
Section titled “Overview tab”The Overview tab shows:
- Identity — Code, Name, Groups, Email, Phone, Tax ID
- Address — Street, City, Province, Country, Postal Code (only shown if at least one address field is filled)
- Contacts — List of contact persons (see below for full details)
- Notes — Internal notes (only shown if filled)
- Quick Info sidebar — Company name, city/country, email, phone, Tax ID, and created date
Contacts card
Section titled “Contacts card”The Contacts card shows the count of contacts in its header. Each contact card displays: Name, Position / Title, Phone, and Email. The primary contact always appears first and is highlighted with a blue background and a green Primary badge.
Adding a contact
Click Add in the Contacts card header to open the Add Contact modal. Fill in:

Click Add Contact to save.
Editing a contact
Click the pencil icon on any contact to open the Edit Contact modal. The same fields are available. The Set as primary contact toggle is only shown when the customer has more than one contact. Saving with this toggle enabled will automatically demote the previous primary contact.
Click Save Changes to apply.
Deleting a contact
Click the trash icon to remove a contact. A confirmation dialog will appear before deletion.
Quotations tab
Section titled “Quotations tab”Columns: Number, Sub Total, Valid Until, Date, Customer PO (linked PO number if exists), Status.
Work Orders tab
Section titled “Work Orders tab”Columns: WO Number, Service, Date, Status.
Transactions tab
Section titled “Transactions tab”Shows a combined ledger of invoices and payments sorted newest first.
Columns: Date, Reference, Description (with INV or PAY badge), Debit, Credit, Balance.
Rows are clickable — clicking any row opens the related invoice.
Actions on the Detail Page
Section titled “Actions on the Detail Page”| Button | Description |

| Statement | Download a customer account statement PDF for a selected date range |
| Edit | Open edit form for all customer fields |
