Trial Balance
Go to Reports → Trial Balance for opening, movement, and ending balances of every account. Ending debits and ending credits are meant to match.
Filters
Section titled “Filters”| Filter | Description |

| Cash account currency | Company currencies, plus All Currencies. The page opens on the default currency. |
| Period | This Month, Last Month, This Year, Last Year, or Custom |
This Month runs from the 1st of the month through today. This Year runs through 31 December.
Accounts are grouped under Assets, Liabilities, Equity, Revenue, and Expenses. Each group has a subtotal. A Total row closes the table.

Export PDF
Section titled “Export PDF”Click Export PDF in the top-right corner. The PDF uses the active currency and period.
