Work Orders Overview
A Work Order (WO) is the central document in LogisticPro. It represents a single shipment job — from the moment a customer requests a shipment to its final delivery.
Accessing Work Orders
Section titled “Accessing Work Orders”Click Work Orders in the left sidebar. The list page shows all work orders for your company.
Filtering and Searching
Section titled “Filtering and Searching”Use the toolbar at the top of the list to filter work orders:

| Search | Search by WO number or customer name |
| Service Type | Sea FCL, Sea LCL, Air Freight, Land Freight, Multimodal |
| Status | Filter by the current stage of the shipment |
Columns in the Work Order List
Section titled “Columns in the Work Order List”| Column | Description |
|---|---|
| WO Number | Unique auto-generated identifier |
| Customer | The customer for whom the shipment is arranged |
| Service | Type of freight service |
| Route | Origin → Destination |
| ETD / ETA | Estimated departure and arrival dates |
| Status | Current status badge |
