Download Quotation PDF
You can generate a professional PDF of any quotation to send to your customer for review and approval.
How to Download
Section titled “How to Download”- Open a quotation from the Quotations list.
- Click the PDF button in the top-right area of the quotation detail page.
- A template picker will open — choose your preferred layout.
- The PDF will open in a preview window where you can download or print it.
PDF Templates
Section titled “PDF Templates”LogisticPro offers four quotation PDF templates. Each template contains the same data — they differ only in visual style.

What’s Included in the PDF
Section titled “What’s Included in the PDF”The quotation PDF includes:
- Your company logo, name, and contact details (from Settings → General)
- Quotation number, issue date, and validity date
- Bill To: customer name and address
- Line items with description, quantity, unit price, and subtotal
- Tax, discount, and grand total
- Terms and conditions, and notes
