Quotations Overview
A Quotation is a formal price offer sent to a customer before they commit to a shipment.
Accessing Quotations
Section titled “Accessing Quotations”In the left sidebar, go to Customers → Quotations.
Quotation List
Section titled “Quotation List”| Column | Description |

| Quotation Number | Auto-generated unique reference |
| Customer | Recipient of the quotation |
| Date | Date the quotation was created |
| Valid Until | Expiry date of the offer |
| Total | Total quoted amount |
| Status | Current status of the quotation |
Quotation Statuses
Section titled “Quotation Statuses”A quotation progresses through three statuses in order:
| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Draft | Being prepared internally, not yet sent to the customer |
| Approved | Internally reviewed and approved, ready to be sent |
| Sent | Delivered to the customer |
Status moves forward only — you cannot revert to a previous status.
