Add a Product or Service

Steps

1. Open the Create Form

On the Products page, click + New Product.

2. Fill in Details

Field	Required	Description
Name	✅	Product or service name (e.g., “Sea Freight FCL 20ft”)
Description	—	Detailed description shown on quotations and invoices
Unit	—	Default unit of measure (CBM, kg, unit, trip, etc.)
Default Price	—	Suggested unit price (can be overridden per document)
Notes	—	Internal notes

3. Save

Click Save Product. The item is now available in the product dropdowns when creating quotations and invoices.

Editing a Product

Click on a product in the list to open its detail page, then click Edit.

Note

Editing a product’s price does not change the price on existing quotations or invoices — only new documents will use the updated price.
